HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Hello, hellooooo!!
By now you’ve received an email invitation to view a gallery full of your beautiful photos! I hope you are almost as in love with them as you are with each other.
This email will instruct you on how to download them, save them as “high resolution” files, how to manage your gallery and will even share tips on where to print them for best quality.
How to Download:
Open your Pass Gallery email sent from Haley Maria Photography via Pass <team@passgallery.com>
Scroll once until you can see a banner at the top.
Can you see the icons on the right side of the screen? Choose the icon with the arrow pointing down.
After clicking on the downward pointing arrow you’ll see a list of options. The last option says “Download Full Gallery High-Res”. By choosing this option, you download all of the wonderful photos we captured together and can print them anywhere, on any surface without losing the digital quality you paid for. When you download the “web-sized” version, you are downloading your photos at 90% resolution which is great for posting on the internet.
If you’d like to share your gallery, simply copy and paste the link sent to you or the browser address.
If you’d like to keep any photos private, simply choose the image you’d like to privatize and press the “hide” icon.
Printing Suggestions:
After downloading your high-resolution photos you can upload them literally anywhere to print. You might be looking for a local experience OR you might be more like me and want to download to an online source for delivery to your home. If so, the Pass Gallery platform you downloaded these photos at has a shopping cart icon which allows you to print professional quality photos to decorate your space with.

Q: How long will my gallery be available?
A: I leave galleries available for clients to download for one month. I’ve found that this allows plenty of time to download and save your photos on your personal devices but should you ever need an extension I am happy to extend at your request. I highly recommend saving your photos to a hard drive, however, I will have culled and edited photos available to resend for up to 3 years.
Q: Can I share my gallery link with friends and family?
A: You can share your link with absolutely anyone!! See that curved arrow next to the download arrow to the left of your Pass Gallery page? Use that to share.
